defconfig: gen3auto: enable PCA954x & SX150X driver for sa8155/sa8195 



Enable i2c mux chip PCA954x driver and pinctrl chip SX150X driver for
DSI-to-DP bridge chip ANX7625 driver on platform sa8155/sa8195.
