i2c: icy: Fix build with CONFIG_AMIGA_PCMCIA=n

With CONFIG_AMIGA_PCMCIA=n, io_mm.h does not pull in amigahw.h and
ZTWO_VADDR is undefined. Add forgotten include to i2c-icy.c
