ACPI: resource: Do IRQ override on TongFang GMxXGxx

The TongFang GMxXGxx/TUXEDO Stellaris/Pollaris Gen5 needs IRQ overriding
for the keyboard to work.

Adding an entry for this laptop to the override_table makes the internal
keyboard functional.
