Revert "iwl4965: workaround connection regression on passive channel" 



This reverts commit dd9c4640.

With "iwl{4965,3495): workaround for firmware frame tx rejection"
patches we can enable IEEE80211_HW_REPORTS_TX_ACK_STATUS again.
