ARM: dts: msm: add haptics configuration for shima target 

Add hap_cfg_sdam device node for haptics drive to trigger VREG
enabling/disabling sequence and get boot up CAL_TLRA_CL_STS value.
Also add PBS device node for haptics driver to trigger PBS to configure
haptics ISC setting for LRA impedance detection.
