ABI: Update ABI snapshot due to libabigail tool changes

ABI snapshot comparision is failing against any new gerrit which is
checked-in. This is due to ABI snapshot is not maintaining the full
paths to the source files in the ABI dump. Also several other fixes
are made in the libabigail upstream master branch which are addressing
several fixes. Hence update the ABI snapshot to fix the issues seeing
in the kernel automation.

Snapshot is taken based on kernel/build project.
