ANDROID: abi_gki_aarch64_db845c: Update symbols for boot regression



Commit 28688d32 ("ANDROID: Incremental fs: Set credentials
before reading/writing") changed the symbols needed to boot,
so update the db845c symbols list

Generated with:
  BUILD_CONFIG=common/build.config.db845c build/build_abi.sh -s
  BUILD_CONFIG=common/build.config.gki.aarch64 build/build_abi.sh -u
