ARM: dts: msm: Set USB mode as peripheral only on Lahaina 

USB cable detection is performed with PMIC firmware with UCSI stack
running on HLOS. This task has many dependencies which can take more
time to bring up. Hence to allow USB to enumerate without any command
from user, set USB mode as peripheral only which also marks USB cable
is present as always.
