dt-bindings: pinctrl: qcom-pmic-gpio: add PM*8350* bindings 

Update the Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. PMIC GPIO binding
documentation to include compatible strings for PM8350,
PM8350B, PM8350C, and PMK8350 PMICs.
