ARM: dts: msm: Correct PMK8350 SID number for holi 

PMK8350 has SID number of 6 for holi, while the default value
in the PMK8350 dtsi file is 0. Correct it for holi.
In addition, disable PMK8350's PON nodes for holi, as
PMK8350 is not the primary PMIC for holi.
