ARM: dts: msm: Update L6C supply load to 30mA to ensure NMP mode 

Power grid shows the peak current for L6C is 22mA. But PMIC driver
has set min threshold for NMP mode is 30mA (to make it common across
LDOs). Since SDcard is voting with 22mA load, its staying in LPM
mode and can lead to OCP.

So increase the load to 30mA, for avoid OCP issues.
