ARM: dts: msm: add charger thermal mitigation levels for Lahaina MTP 

Add charger thermal mitigation levels for Lahaina MTP so that
thermal SW can set CHARGE_CONTROL_LIMIT property in battery power
supply for thermal mitigation.
