defconfig: lahaina-gki: Enable USB Electrical and Link test support



Enable EHSET Test fixture driver to perform the high speed electrical
testing procedure for USB-IF compliance. Also enable the Link Layer
Test driver to allow for SuperSpeed link layer testing.
