ANDROID: Make incfs selftests pass 



Fixed incfs_test build errors
Fixed Kconfig errors
Readded .gitignore

Test: With just enabling CONFIG_INCREMENTAL_FS, both defconfig and
cuttlefish_defconfig build and incfs_test runs and passes
