ARM: dts: msm: Increase max voltage of S11B regulator 

Change:
Increase max voltage of S11B regulator to 2.04V.

Reason:
BT and WLAN vote for S11B first followed by camera driver.
As the max limit set by BT and WLAN is 1.88V, later on when
camera tries to vote for same regulator it fails.
As min voltage required by camera is 1.952V which is greater
than max limit of BT and WLAN so camera vote cant be allowed.
note: At the time of BU, camera was voting for some lower
voltage thats why this issue is not seen at that time.

Fix:
PMIC team suggested to increase max limit for BT and WLAN
as 2.04 V.
The regulator S11B’s supported voltage range is
min: 1.7V – max: 2.04V.
