kbuild: fix KBUILD_EXTRA_SYMBOLS 

Taken from http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11567



If you even define KBUILD_EXTRA_SYMBOLS in Makefile it will not be expanded
into command line argument for modpost.
