ARM: dts: msm: remove spmi pmic address range

SPMI PMIC region was originally statically mapped in DT, but was
removed and now subsections of it are dynamically lent instead.
This was prior to RM parsing the LE VM DT; it looks like the
region was kept in the DT, and now with DT parsing in RM the
region is statically mapped again, and we’re seeing MEM_LEND
failures due to conflicts with the region. Removing it should
solve the issue.
