[media] media: soc_camera: rcar_vin: Add BT.709 24-bit RGB888 input support



This adds V4L2_MBUS_FMT_RGB888_1X24 input format support
which is used by the ADV7612 chip.

Modified to use MEDIA_BUS_FMT_* constants
