ARM: dts: msm: Add version 1 of the memory map for sdxlemur CPE

Add the first version of the memory map for the sdxlemur CPE target.
This memory map builds off of the existing 1 GB memory map for sdxlemur,
but adds 32 MB to the MPSS memory carveout.
