ABI: Disable USB_ROLE_SWITCH and TYPEC in GKI 



CONFIG_USB_ROLE_SWITCH and USB_ROLE_SWITCH are already enabled
as y in gki_defconfig. Hence, there's no reason to re-enable
them as a modules and can be removed in *_GKI.config. As a
conequence of this removal, add usb_role_switch_get and
usb_role_switch_put symbols to the ABI allowed-list and update
the snapshot accordingly.
