arm64: defconfig: disable DCC console on VM

DCC console is useful in early bring up stage. Unfortunately DCC console
usage is bringing some limitations in the virtual environment. Enabling
DCC console causing VM boot up issues. Hence disable DCC and rely on
RM console.
