ARM: dts: msm: Add aux clock property for PCIe EP on sdxlemur

PCIe EP Gen4 controller requires the aux clock to run at 16.6MHz
instead of 19.2MHz. Add aux clock property to specify the frequency
to program to support the Gen4 controller speeds.
