ARM: dts: msm: Fix compilation warnings for auto GVM device tree

- Remove duplicate includes for gcc and regulator header files.
- Move includes for common header files to quin-vm-common.
- Add/Fix address and size cells values where missing/incorrect.
- Add #interrupt-controller for vgic node.
