Revert "ARM: dts: msm: Mark USB DP/DM interrupt as dual edge on Lahaina" 

This reverts commit 2c816621 as USB EUD
PDC interrupts polarity is being updated by USB driver before enabling it.
There is no use case where USB EUD PDC interrupts needs to be configured
as DUAL edge with PDC CSR register. Set default polarity as rising edge.
