dt-bindings: Add device tree binding for Goldfish RTC driver 



Add documentation for DT binding of Goldfish RTC driver. The compatible
string used by OS for binding the driver is "google,goldfish-rtc".

- reg        : <registers mapping>

- interrupts : <interrupt mapping>
