ARM: dts: msm: Update tune params of HS PHY 

Update the tune params(USB_PHY_PARAMETER_OVERRIDE_X0,
USB_PHY_PARAMETER_OVERRIDE_X1, USB_PHY_PARAMETER_OVERRIDE_X2)
according to the latest HPG sequence for Shima and Lahaina.
