Merge tag 'arm-soc/for-4.20/maintainers-part2' of https://github.com/Broadcom/stblinux into fixes 

This pull request contains update to the MAINTAINERS file for Broadcom
SoCs, please pull the following changes for 4.20:

- Jon removes himself from the MAINTAINERS file since he is no longer
  with Broadcom
