ARM: dts: msm: add proxy consumers for L5B and L6B regulators on Lahaina 

Add proxy consumer configurations for PM8350 LDO 5 and LDO 6
which ensure that these regulators are kept enabled in high
power mode until all consumers have a chance to make their own
requests.
