defconfig: Enable configs for ramdump support for sdmsteppeauto

Enable kernel configs needed to suppot ramdump on sdmsteppeauto
target. These drivers help to capture necessary debug information
in DDR and IMEM when the system crashes either after a panic
or due to any system lockup.
