ARM: dts: msm: Add GDSC for HS USB PHY for SDXNIGHTJAR

To enable the HS USB PHY clocks it is required to
keep the GDSC ON. So add the GDSC regulator node to
HS USB PHY as well to ensure to keep the GDSC on before
turning on the required USB clocks.
