ANDROID: ABI/Whitelist: update symbols of unisoc whitelist

Update whitelist for the symbols used by the unisoc device and
updates the ABI representation accordingly.

add symbols:
  - ktime_get_boot_fast_ns
  - unregister_syscore_ops
  - of_reserved_mem_device_release
  - memmove
  - sysfs_remove_file_ns

Note that the ABI XML is also updated to contain hash-based type ids.
