ARM: dts: msm: Rename L1 disable property for blair 

Rename snps,usb2_l1_disable to snps,usb2-gadget-lpm-disable
since driver code for disabling L1 was changed and renamed
to snps,usb2-gadget-lpm-disable in order to align with
upstream.
