staging: rtl8187se: Delete braces are not necessary in ieee80211/ieee80211_softmac.c



Delete braces are not necessary for single statement blocks and fix
coding style in these lines when It is necessary.

Fix checkpatch.pl warning:
WARNING: braces {} are not necessary for single statement blocks
