ARM: dts: msm: Correct wlan_vregs config name

Correct wlan_vregs config name for Hastings and Genoa. Kernel 5.4
WLAN cnss driver function cnss_get_vreg() try to get vregs by name
"*-config", not "*-info". And it has 5 elements, not 4.
 It is different with Kernel 4.14.
