dt-bindings: pinctrl: qcom-pmic-gpio: add PMR735A and PMR735B bindings 

Update the Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. PMIC GPIO binding
documentation to include compatible strings for PMR735A
and PMR735B PMICs.
