ANDROID: gki_defconfig: disable CONFIG_LCD_CLASS_DEVICE module 

CONFIG_LCD_CLASS_DEVICE is set to "m" by default when
CONFIG_BACKLIGHT_LCD_SUPPORT is set. We don't need lcd.ko though.
