dt-bindings: qcom-pmic-gpio: Add PM7250B, PM6350 and PM6150L bindings 

Update the Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. PMIC GPIO binding
documentation to include compatible strings for PM7250B, PM6350
and PM6150L PMICs.
