ARM: dts: msm: Update USB properties for SA8155 GVM 

- Add "snps,dis_u3_susphy_quirk" property to disable the SSPHY
  autosuspend.
- Remove USB properties such as "snps,usb3-u1u2-disable",
  "usb-core-id" and "qcom,vbus-valid-override".
- Clean up of "snps,hird-threshold" value.
- Remove "qcom,charging-disabled".
