HID: multitouch: Support HID_GD_WIRELESS_RADIO_CTLS 



Some keyboard + touchpad devices have the Microsoft Win8 Wireless Radio
Controls extensions Usage Page define in the touchpad report descriptor,
so we need to support them in this driver.
