Revert "ARM: dts: msm: Add LA specific TVM flag in respective SPI node"

This reverts commit 7d8ed3e9.

The change was added temporarily to fix the LA side issue and unblocking
touch feature. This flag qcom, la-vm can be added by client on LA DT file
when they use QUPV3 SE node for TVM usecase.
