arm64: defconfig: Enable eMMC/SD card driver for holi QGKI defconfig



Enable eMMC/SD card driver as a inbuilt module for holi
QGKI defconfig.

Also Enable a config flag to add Qualcomm specific code to upstream
MMC drivers.
