ARM: dts: msm: add PCIe AUX CLK freq entry for PCIe0 and PCIe1 for lahaina

Have both PCIe0 and PCIe1 explicitly program their respective
controller PCIe AUX CLK frequency setting with 19.2MHz on
lahaina.
