defconfig: lahaina: Enable LEDS_TRIGGER_TIMER

Enabling "timer" LED trigger allows for LED blinking to occur with
user-defined intervals of on and off time. This is achieved by writing
to "delay_on" and "delay_off" parameters under the sysfs directory of
the LED.
