ARM: dts: msm: specify thermal mitigation levels for sdxlemur platforms

Specify thermal mitigation levels for sdxlemur platforms based on
the battery used. This is used to limit charging current when
thermal SW requests different levels through charge_control_limit
property in battery power supply.
