serial: msm_geni_serial: Cover console under GENI_CONSOLE config

Cover console specific functionality under driver defined defconfig.
This helps to enable/disable console in a primary/secondary image based
on need.

Currently on GKI based kernel, SERIAL_CORE_CONSOLE seem to enable console
functionality which is not as expected. This change makes perf image to
work without Serial console.
