arm64: dts: mt7622: add bananapi BPI-R64 board 

Add support for the bananapi R64 (BPI-R64) development board from
BIPAI KEJI. Detailed hardware information for BPI-R64 which could be
found on http://wiki.banana-pi.org/Banana_Pi_BPI-R64
