drivers: thermal: qcom: Add support for ibat CCM trip setting to bcl_pmic5

There are few pmics those support ibat continuous current monitoring
(CCM) comparator hardware for bcl ibat level 1 monitor. It uses
only selected set of thresholds for level 1 ibat threshold. Add
support to set threshold for CCM comparator hardware for bcl driver.
