perf events: Remove CONFIG_EVENT_PROFILE

| This reminds me - i think we should eliminate CONFIG_EVENT_PROFILE -
| it's an unnecessary Kconfig complication. If both PERF_EVENTS and
| EVENT_TRACING is enabled we should expose generic tracepoints.
