cnss2: Increase mhi timeout to 60 seconds for firmware download

Increase mhi timeout to 60sec from 10sec for firmware download
as there is a case in which the ueventd in user-space is not
scheduled due to RT threads running. Once MHI power On is done
then the timeout is reverted to default 10sec.
