ARM: dts: msm: update amoled panel jitter and transfer time on kona 

Sw43404 amoled panel jitter is high during low temperature testing.
Change the panel jitter time to 6 and update mdp transfer time
accordingly. Also update the rfi clocks to new transfer time.
